Welcome to DeepSeek App. We value and respect the intellectual property rights of others, just as we expect others to respect ours. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their agents can send takedown notices to us via our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we can claim immunity from infringement claims under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To submit an infringement claim in good faith, please include the following information:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- Details identifying the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or someone authorized to act on their behalf).
- Contact information of the complaining party, including name, address, email, phone number, and fax number.
- Identification of the infringing material to be removed, along with information that allows us to locate it (including the URL of the page in question).
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- A statement that the complaining party believes in good faith that the use of the material is unauthorized.
Title 17 USC §512(f) provides penalties, including costs and attorney fees, for anyone who knowingly misrepresents information in a notification of infringement under 17 USC §512(c)(3).
Send all takedown notices through our Contact page, preferably via email for prompt attention.
Please note that we may share the identity and information in any copyright infringement claim we receive with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree that your identity and claim may be communicated to the alleged infringer.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you’ve received a notice about material being taken down due to a copyright infringement claim, you can provide us with a counter notification to have the material restored. The notification must be in writing and include the following elements as required by 17 USC Section 512(g)(3):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any judicial district if you are outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
- A description of the material that was removed and its original location before it was taken down.
- Send your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We take copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a list of DMCA notices from copyright holders and make a good faith effort to identify any repeat infringers. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
